No, this SIM card can only be used with SIM-unlocked devices.

500MB/31 days 1,620 yen (including consumption tax)
You will need a credit card for purchase (VISA/Mastercard/JCB).
Period of validity is 31 days, starting from the day of purchase.
What are the compatible systems and frequencies for the network?
This service uses the SoftBank network.
Compatible systems and frequencies for your terminal are the following:
LTE: Band 1（2100 MHz）/ Band 3（1700 MHz）/ Band 8（900 MHz） / Band 41（2500 MHz）
W-CDMA（3G）: Band 1（2100 MHz）/ Band 8（900 MHz）
When does the SIM card expire?
The SIM card will expire on January 31, 2020.
